Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand and protect technology.
• Draft and prosecute patent applications.
• Conduct freedom-to-operate studies and analyze patents.
• Assess scientific literature and patent documents.
• Provide opinions on scientific data related to inventions.
• Conduct comprehensive searches for relevant articles and patents.
• Perform in-depth analysis comparing inventions with existing discoveries.
• Identify essential elements of inventions.
• Compose detailed patent applications and responses to rejections.
• Conduct clearance studies for client products.
• Present ideas and provide feedback to colleagues.
