General Description:
We are seeking an IP Patent and Trademark Docketing Specialist to join our team. The IP Patent and Trademark Docketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting attorneys and clients with patent and trademark prosecution activities, accurately reviewing correspondence, and entering case details and due dates into the firm’s docketing database. This role partners with the IP Docketing Manager to manage and docket a large patent and trademark portfolio utilizing internal and external resources. This position offers a hybrid schedule, providing flexibility to work both from home and in the office. In this hybrid position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues both in person and virtually. The IP Patent and Trademark Docketing Specialist can be based withinareasonable commuting distance of any of our U.S. offices.

This position may be filled in Washington, Illinois, District of Columbia , New York, Colorado or California. The base salary ranges for this position are listed below. These ranges may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, Holland & Knight provides bonus opportunities and an exceptional benefits package.
