About the Position:
We are working with an established international Am Law firm headquartered in Chicago that has an immediate need for an intellectual property litigation/prosecution lawyer (2-5 yrs) to join its innovative practice as an associate. This thriving practice has an international reach and represents clients in patent, trademark, copyright, and technology law matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in patent, trademark, and copyright matters
· Assist with representing clients in IP litigation and prosecution matters
· Assist with representing clients in courts nationwide as well as before federal agencies including the USPTO and the U.S. International Trade Commission
Required Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of IP litigation and prosecution experience, particularly with trademark and patent matters
· Experience with patent drafting
· A degree in electrical engineering
· Must be admitted to the USPTO or be in the process of becoming admitted

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $230,000 – $280,000.
