Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Austin seeks a Trademark and Copyright Litigation Associate with 3–7 years of experience to handle domestic and international portfolios, TTAB proceedings, UDRP disputes, and licensing projects within the Intellectual Property group.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Texas bar license or commit to obtaining one promptly and will collaborate closely with attorneys across the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit while contributing to a dynamic, high-caliber IP

Qualifications

Three to seven years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation is preferred.
Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one promptly.
Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

Manage a broad range of trademark and copyright matters, including large domestic and international portfolios.
Handle TTAB proceedings and UDRP disputes.
Draft and respond to demand letters, support litigation efforts, and manage copyright registrations.
Assist with licensing, technology agreements, and anti-counterfeiting enforcement initiatives.
