Job summary

The IP litigation associate will join a large international firm with offices across the United States, including Silicon Valley and San Francisco. The role requires 2–4 years of experience in IP litigation and a strong command of relevant statutes and precedents.

Ideal candidates will have experience in AI, copyright, trademark, trade secrets or false advertising, excellent writing skills, and be eligible to practice in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of IP litigation experience in AI, copyright, trademark, trade secrets and/or false advertising.
• Understanding of Lanham Act, the Copyright Act, the DMCA, and related state and federal trade-secret statutes.
• Trial experience is preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials and writing and communication skills.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
