• 3+ years of experience in patent or IP litigation

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school

• Admission to a U.S. State Bar in good standing

• Undergraduate or advanced degree in science or engineering preferred (e.g., biology, chemistry, physics, computer science, mechanical or electrical engineering)

• Admission to practice before the USPTO is a plus
