Job summary

Vanguard-IP is seeking a highly qualified patent attorney with a PhD in chemistry or life sciences to join our therapeutics practice. The role requires admission to practice before the USPTO and at least five years of patent prosecution experience in the therapeutics space.

You will manage patent portfolios, advise clients, and perform freedom-to-operate analyses while coordinating with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
