Patent Litigation Group - IP Associate (Midlevel)

The Patent Litigation Group is seeking a midlevel IP Associate to join their team in NY or WDC. Law firm experience and a technical degree are preferred, along with an aptitude for working on cases related to biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or related fields. Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, patent litigation experience, and superior written and oral communication skills.

Applicants must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired. Please submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample.

The salary range for this position is expected to be between $310,000 and $390,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and other relevant factors.
