Qualifications

• Experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.
• Undergraduate degree in hard or life sciences.
• Superior academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework.
• Strong work ethic, leadership, and responsibility for client matters.
• Outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication, and sound legal/business knowledge.
• Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing.
