Job summary

REQUIREMENTS

Seeking an attorney to support patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO work. Candidates should have experience with the following: running day to day supervision of technical specialists; working on patent prosecution, due diligence, FTO, counseling matters; handling large clients with big portfolios globally; and supporting client meetings. A science background in organic chemistry/small molecules is required. An advanced degree is strongly preferred. Candidates must be licensed to practice before the USPTO and in a state where the firm has an office.
