Cooley LLP’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice group is recruiting 3L law students to join the entry level class in Palo Alto, San Diego, and Washington, DC offices. We are recruiting 2027 JD graduates for this position.

Our IP litigation team includes trial-ready lawyers with experience across patent infringement, trademark disputes, copyright, and trade secret litigation. Ideal candidates will have science/engineering backgrounds and strong academics, with excellent written and verbal
