Job summary

BCL Legal is assisting a leading AmLaw Top 50 firm seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate in Washington, DC or New York with 4-7 years of experience.

You will draft pleadings, manage discovery, and perform legal research, working closely with Partners in a collaborative, high-caliber environment. Cravath-scale compensation with additional bonus layers is offered.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of IP litigation experience.
• Bar in the state you will practice and in good standing.
• Strong academic background; clerkship preferred but not required.
• Technical background in electrical/computer engineering or CS is preferred.

A V-10, AmLaw Top 50 firm are looking to expand their Intellectual Property Litigation team with an Associate in either their D.C. or New York office that has around 4-7 years of experience. Described as a litigation powerhouse, they sit comfortably atop their perch as a top five firm for litigation specifically in Vault's rankings. They work on complex and significant matters and provide the very highest level of legal services.
