Winston & Strawn's Washington, D.C. office has an immediate need for an associate with 2 - 4 years of intellectual property litigation experience, preferably with a concentration in patent litigation in a federal district court and the International Trade Commission (ITC).

Besides having strong patent litigation experience, the candidate should also have a technical background with a degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Must be admitted to the D.C. bar.
