$235K–$365K + Bonus + Benefits

What You’ll Work On

• High-impact IP litigation matters involving trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and false advertising

• Collaborate on litigation strategy and advise clients navigating legal risks in tech innovation

• Manage discovery, craft winning legal arguments, and work directly with clients across industries

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and partners across multiple offices

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of IP litigation experience (trademark, copyright, trade secrets, false advertising)

• Proven ability to handle complex litigation and enforcement matters

• Experience developing legal strategy, managing discovery, and conducting legal research

• Strong writing chops and interpersonal savvy

• Licensed in the jurisdiction where you\'d be based
