Job summary

WilmerHale is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support the IP and IP Litigation teams in revenue-generating marketing initiatives from Boston. The role focuses on pitches, RFPs, events, and content management to raise visibility for the practice groups.

You will coordinate directories, conduct competitive research, and help craft communications that highlight client services and industry knowledge while working with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Supports the preparation of pitches and RFP responses, drafting content and coordinating elements.
• Assists planning and execution of firm events, including seminars, webinars, and receptions.
• Leads IP-related directory submissions and coordinates interviews with researchers.
• Performs quick-turn research using databases and communicates insights to lawyers.
• Maintains IP Department content in the Foundation system.
• Collaborates with other service areas on marketing communications.
• Performs special projects for Business Development leadership.
