Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with IP docketing in a law firm.
• Minimum 5 years in IP docketing for US and foreign matters.
• 1–3 years supervision or training in IP docketing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US patent rules, PCT, EPO, and foreign filing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support IP docketing professionals.
• Coordinate workloads to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Oversee US/foreign patent and trademark docketing with USPTO, PCT, EPO, WIPO.
• Maintain data integrity and optimize IP management systems.
