Qualifications

• 7+ years of intellectual property docketing experience covering U.S. and foreign patent and trademark matters.
• 3+ years of experience leading or supervising an IP docketing team.
• Expert knowledge of U.S. patent rules, PCT procedures, and EPO guidelines.
• Strong experience with CPI and FIP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate IP docketing professionals.
• Oversee U.S. and foreign patent and trademark docketing workflows.
• Develop and enforce docketing policies and productivity standards.
• Define and track KPIs; prepare reports for attorneys.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to improve workflows.
