Key responsibilities include managing workflows, developing docketing policies, and serving as a subject-matter expert. The position offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 – $165,000, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IP docketing experience with U.S. and foreign matters.
• 3+ years of experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong analytical skills, able to manage risk effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach IP docketing professionals.
• Manage docketing workflows for U.S. and foreign patents.
• Develop and enforce docketing policies and standards.

Skills

Expert knowledge of U.S. patent rules

Advanced Excel skills

Strong experience with CPI and FIP

High attention to detail
