Job summary

DM Clinical Research Group in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an Unblinded Clinical Research Coordinator I to join our clinical trials team. The role involves dispensing Investigational Products (IP) and ensuring IP accountability within protocol guidelines.

You will manage IP stock, assist in site startup activities, train new staff, and ensure regulatory documents are current. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking are essential, with a preference for bilingual Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required or 2 years of formal educational coursework.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Clinical Research experience, in-clinic.
• 1+ year of Clinical Research Coordinator experience, Blinded or Unblinded, required.
• 1+ year utilizing CRIO, preferred.
• LPN or CMA or Pharmacy Technician certs preferred.
• Completion of DMCR training including GCP, OSHA and IATA.

Responsibilities

• Compound and dispense Investigational Products (IP) per protocol.
• Study IP management and accountability.
• Provide training and guidance for new team members.
• Assist in start up activities and onboarding training.
• Supervise and maintain records of medications.
• Ensure compliance with blinding plans and study procedures.
• Audit data for completeness and accuracy.
