Job summary

DM Clinical Research is seeking an Unblinded Clinical Research Coordinator II to join our team in Michigan. The role involves dispensing Investigational Products (IP), IP management, and training new staff to ensure regulatory compliance and protocol adherence.

You will work closely with the Principal Investigator, sponsor, and study team to execute protocols, maintain IP accountability, and support startup activities while complying with GCP, OSHA, and IATA training requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of related coursework.
• 2+ years of clinical research experience in-clinic.
• 1+ year as a Clinical Research Coordinator (blinded or unblinded).
• LPN/CMA or Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compound and dispense Investigational Product per protocol.
• IP management and audits for study accuracy.
• Provide training and guidance for new team members.
• Assist in startup activities and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain IP accountability, storage and destruction records.
• Collaborate with PI, sponsor, study manager and coordinators to ensure protocol understanding.
• Ensure adherence to blinding plans and data quality standards.
