Responsibilities:

1. Work with subject matter experts to design and develop BPM IP solutions for NetSuite ERP.
2. Perform hands-on development work on IP initiatives.
3. Document use cases, specifications and test cases for IP solutions.
4. Maintain IP solutions to optimize and enhance solution footprint(s) alongside NetSuite upgrades and new feature releases.
5. Provide ad-hoc support for customers leveraging IP solutions within customer-owned environments.
6. Complete additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

1. Develop Requirements documents.
2. Develop Design Document.
3. Work with internal subject matter experts.
4. Assist customers with ad-hoc support requests on IP solutions.
5. Complete additional responsibilities as required.
6. Strong NetSuite ERP Development experience.
7. Hands-on SuiteScript experience for backend customization.
8. Understanding of industry-standard business practices related to NetSuite ERP.
9. Ability to perform independent technical work.
10. Experience with forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business processes within ERP.
11. Attention to detail.
12. Certified NetSuite Administrator or Consultant preferred.
13. Proficiency with saved searches, formulas, reporting, dashboards, custom forms, and workflows.
14. Understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes.
15. At least 3-4 years of experience with the day-to-day technical management of NetSuite platform.
16. Experience in generating reports and custom reporting within NetSuite.
17. Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.
