Job summary

The Delaware boutique Law Firms is seeking an attorney to join its IP and corporate/commercial litigation practice. You will handle complex matters from strategy through trial, with frequent appearances in Delaware courts.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of litigation experience, Delaware Bar admission, and strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills, with experience in IP or Chancery matters preferred. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience, IP litigation background preferred for IP role and Chancery/ corporate litigation exposure for Commercial role
• Delaware Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters — IP disputes or corporate/commercial matters — from strategy through trial
• Serve as Delaware counsel alongside national law firms on complex, high-stakes matters
• Appear before the Delaware Court of Chancery, District of Delaware, and other Delaware courts
• Communicate directly with clients and co-counsel on case strategy and status
