Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of patents and technical documentation.
• Draft and review freedom-to-operate and invalidation opinions.
• Prepare and draft notice letters and statements.
• Contribute to IP due diligence processes for settlements and agreements.
• Support business development by providing IP assessments.
• Collaborate while handling tasks independently.
