Job summary

Vusiongroupsa in Dallas, TX seeks a Test and Validation Manager to lead end-to-end validation of Retail IoT products before pilot and deployment. You will coach the Test & Validation team and partner with distributed global R&D teams to ensure products are integrated, reliable, and ready for real-world customer environments.

Responsibilities include defining validation plans, test coverage, performance targets, dashboards, and Go/No-Go decisions for pilot, deployment, and scale-up, while driving

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product validation, systems engineering, integration testing, quality engineering, or product development.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and cross-functional validation programs.
• Experience validating embedded/IoT systems, including hardware-firmware interfaces and system-level performance.
• Experience defining validation strategies, test plans, release criteria, and measurable acceptance metrics.
• Experience building or scaling test automation to improve coverage and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end validation across hardware, firmware, software, cloud, connectivity, and customer workflows.
• Define validation plans, test coverage, integration checkpoints, performance targets, and release criteria.
• Build and monitor validation dashboards and executive reports on progress, defects, and risks.
• Lead final validation reviews and Go / Conditional Go / No-Go decisions for pilot, deployment, and scale.
• Coach and develop the Test & Validation team while partnering with globally distributed R&D teams.
