Job summary

Envista’s DEXIS brand is seeking an IoT Data Analyst to transform IoT device data into dashboards and predictive insights, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Support to drive revenue and improve customer experience.

You will work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Snowflake and Databricks, using SQL/Python/Scala to develop KPIs, validate data, and enable data-driven decisions across the organization. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or commercial operations.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Experience analyzing large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Experience supporting global stakeholders and cross-functional teams within Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Support functions.

Responsibilities

• Leverage IoT equipment data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Demonstrate ability to leverage AI, machine learning and advanced analytics tools to accelerate experience managing, querying, and analyzing large-scale datasets within cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, Databricks or similar enterprise data environments.
• Proficiency in data engineering and analytics programming languages to translate complex data into measurable business outcomes and influence commercial decisions.
• Experience transforming large-scale IoT, device telemetry and customer usage data into actionable insights through ETL/ELT processes, collaborating with subject matter experts to identify trends, improved customer outcomes, optimize support operations and uncover revenue growth opportunities.
