Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of native iOS applications using Swift.
• Define scalable mobile architecture, coding standards, and iOS development best practices.
• Drive technical design discussions and provide solutions for complex business requirements.
• Mentor iOS developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA, and Backend teams to deliver quality applications.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and stability.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release management, and App Store deployments.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance and user experience.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and technical roadmap development.
• Drive continuous improvement, technical innovation, and team capability development.
