Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Software Engineering Intern, iOS, to help expand our mobile experience. You’ll own features end-to-end—from inception through design feedback, implementation, and launch—working with experienced engineers on a recognized mobile fintech team.

Build smooth, stable apps using Swift and modern iOS/watchOS APIs, collaborating with designers, PMs, and backend/data engineers. A keen product sense and strong UIKit background are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date of Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong product sense and experience working closely with Product Designers.
• Deep understanding of UIKit.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for tackling tough technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end — from inception through design feedback, implementation, and launch.
• Build smooth, stable, and beautiful products using Swift and the latest iOS and watchOS APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Backend Engineers, and Data Engineers.
• Work with technologies such as UIKit, Auto Layout, RxSwift, Core Graphics, Core Animation, Lottie, Core Data, and a VIPER-esque Architecture.
