NatWest Digital X in London is seeking an experienced iOS Software Engineer to design, develop and maintain native iOS apps using Swift, SwiftUI and modern frameworks. You will contribute to the full SDLC while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend at least six days a month working from an office or hub. The role requires strong iOS development skills, knowledge of MVVM-C or Clean Architecture, and experience with unit/UI

In your new role, you’ll be working within a mobile feature team to engineer iOS applications, scripts and tools, as well as liaising with other engineers, architects and business analysts across the platform.
You will design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI and modern iOS frameworks. You’ll contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

To take on this role, you’ll need a background in software engineering, software design, and architecture, along with an understanding of how your area of expertise supports our customers.
You’ll have an background in mobile application development, with strong experience in iOS application development and knowledge on application quality through unit testing, UI testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
