About the role

As an iOS Software Engineer, you will own the iOS client experience and play a critical role in shaping how users interact with AI-powered features every day.

This is not a simple API integration role. You'll build production-grade mobile applications where conversational AI, intelligent workflows and real-world task completion sit at the heart of the user experience. You'll work closely with backend and machine learning engineers to deliver fast, reliable and trustworthy AI interactions that users can depend on.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

Experience

• 3+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong commercial experience with Swift.
• Experience building and maintaining production iOS applications.
• Experience integrating AI-powered features into mobile applications.
• Proven track record shipping applications through the App Store.

Technical skills

• Strong Swift and SwiftUI development experience.
• Deep understanding of async/await, concurrency and background processing.
• Experience integrating backend APIs and cloud services.
• Strong performance optimisation and memory management skills.
• Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL data environments.
• Strong debugging, testing and troubleshooting abilities.
• Understanding of mobile application architecture and best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with CoreML or lightweight on-device machine learning.
• TensorFlow Lite experience.
• Experience designing AI-first user experiences.
• Familiarity with feature flagging and remote configuration systems.
• Experience handling latency, partial failures and non-deterministic AI responses.
