Job description

We're hiring an iOS Developer who treats latency budgets like personal grudges and Jenkins like a second language. The Manchester role is less about the $102,000 - $147,000 and more about what 5 years of Tailwind CSS lets you own at Energy Advantage Corp.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a technology service end to end, from Initiative schema to on-call rotation
• Configure and manage infrastructure as code across staging and production
• Carry the Linux platform work that makes Energy Advantage Corp's next NH expansion boring
• Stress-test MongoDB systems until they bend, then harden where they cracked
• Prototype proof-of-concept solutions for emerging technology requirements

What You'll Bring

• Solid understanding of technology best practices and industry standards
• A communication style that translates jargon back into plain English
• A NH work history, or strong reasons you'll thrive here anyway
• The discipline to document while it's fresh, not after it's forgotten
• Hands-on gRPC experience that survives a whiteboard interview
• Hands-on experience with modern MongoDB workflows and tooling

At Energy Advantage Corp, a trust-based team in Manchester, NH has spent years proving that Cypress and Linux belong in the same conversation. Every voice in the NH office gets airtime, especially the ones still finding their volume.

Joining Energy Advantage Corp means $102,000 - $147,000, strong benefits, and a culture where senior engineers actively mentor newer talent.
