Job Overview

We are seeking experienced candidates in software development, software QA/Test, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, and senior leadership roles lasting 15–20+ years. Positions include Vice President of Quality Engineering (AI/ML & DevSecOps Integration) and Vice President of Quality Assurance & Test Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization’s quality engineering initiatives, integrating AI/ML testing methodologies and DevSecOps practices to drive innovation, efficiency, and quality.
• Define and enforce quality engineering principles across all projects.
• Manage a high‑performing team of quality engineers and testers, ensuring robust test automation and performance engineering.
• Collaborate closely with development teams using Agile methods and continuous improvement frameworks such as CMMI.
• Provide pre‑sales support, craft proposals, and deliver client presentations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of experience in quality engineering, test automation, performance engineering, or related fields.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML testing tooling, DevSecOps practices, and Agile development.
• Proven leadership experience managing and scaling quality teams.
• Strong communication and client‑facing presentation skills.
• Experience with CMMI or comparable continuous improvement frameworks.
• Legal right to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Work Arrangement
