About the Role

We are looking for a licensed clinician to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. The position requires evenings and in‑person Monday to Friday shifts (11:00 am – 8:00 pm).

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate individual sessions, groups, and mentor Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs).
  • Consistently address client motivation and adherence to recommended length of stay.
  • Create and implement individual intervention strategies.
  • Report client motivation and barriers in treatment team meetings and develop improvement plans.
  • Maintain time‑management and boundary skills, and ensure clients stay on track with the OCD and Anxiety program design.
  • Provide validation and support to help clients work through distress and eliminate neutralizing behaviors.
  • Maintain a caseload of 24‑36 clients (flexible) and engage in 75‑80 % of hours face‑to‑face.
  • Prepare comprehensive written documentation and ensure 100 % accuracy.
  • Communicate clinical rationale to insurers and staff verbally.
  • Assume supervisory responsibilities when required.
  • Develop 3 SMART goals each quarter with the Program Director.
  • Promote a positive work environment and support teamwork.
  • Apply OCD Anxiety Centers business processes, de‑escalation techniques, and crisis planning.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Achieve an average minimum symptom reduction of 65 %.
  • Pass JCAHO and state licensing surveys.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction of 4.5.
  • Secure 60 days of authorized treatment days on average.
  • Achieve 90 % or higher client attendance.
  • Achieve 100 % documentation accuracy.
  • Discharge 70‑75 % of clients at mastery level within 12‑16 weeks length of stay.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in social work, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, P.D.D., or Psy.D.
  • Current and unrestricted state licensure or internship number.
  • Proven experience with OCD, anxiety, CBT, and DBT.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a mental health setting.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, problem‑solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage exposure‑focused sessions, create exposure lists, lead progress groups, and conduct behavioral health assessments.
  • Proficiency in accurate electronic data entry and computer software.
  • Physical capability to meet job demands (sitting, bending, lifting, walking).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience specifically with OCD and anxiety populations.
  • Experience with CBT and DBT.
