Job summary

Hartgrove Behavioral Health System, part of Universal Health Services, Inc., seeks an IOP Clinical Program Manager (CADC & Master’s) to oversee patient care and program implementation in a fast-paced psychiatric setting.

The role requires a Master’s degree and CADC certification, with experience in psychiatric care and bilingual capability encouraged. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, program implantation, and staff training across PHP/IOP services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Experience in a psychiatric setting working with various populations.
• CADC certification either through IAODAPCA or ICRC.
• Knowledge of Illinois Confidentiality Act and Illinois Mental Health Code.
• Bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the Director of PHP/IOP Services.
• Coordinate patient transportation and assist with discharge planning.
• Implement programs, training and scheduling; assist with recruitment.
