Job summary

Hartgrove Behavioral Health System, a leading psychiatric hospital within Universal Health Services, seeks an IOP Clinical Program Manager (CADC & Master’s degree required). This full-time role supports PHP/IOP services, delivering direct patient care and program implementation.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, group facilitation, discharge planning, and staff training. Master’s degree and CADC certification are required; bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required.
  • Experience in a psychiatric setting working with various populations.
  • Bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply.
  • CADC certification through IAODAPCA or ICRC.
  • Knowledge of Illinois Confidentiality Act and Illinois Mental Health Code; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care under the Director of PHP/IOP Services.
  • Ensure a safe and therapeutic milieu and crisis intervention.
  • Facilitate group meetings and coordinate patient transportation.
  • Assist with discharge planning and department recruitment.
  • Implement programs and provide training and scheduling for the department.

IOP CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGER (CADC & Master's degree required) - Full time

The IOP Clinical Program Manager/CADC provides direct patient care under the Director of PHP/IOP Services. Primary responsibilities include the provision of a safe and therapeutic milieu, crisis intervention, facilitation of group meetings, coordination of patient transportation, assistance with discharge planning, and department recruitment. The Program Manager is additionally responsible for the implantation of programs, training and the schedule.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:Master's degree required.

Licensure/Certification:CADC either through IAODAPCA or ICRC
