A surgical neuromonitoring company based in Jacksonville, Florida, is seeking an IONM technologist to provide crucial intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring for patients during surgery. The ideal candidate will have a certification in neurophysiologic monitoring and at least one year of experience. With responsibilities including patient interaction, equipment calibration, and collaboration with surgical teams, this role provides a chance to make a significant impact in patient care. Competitive base pay ranges from $60k to $90k depending on experience, along with bonuses and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring.
• Completion of at least 150 cases.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Provide intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring care for patients.
• Explain test procedures to patients and families.
• Identify and eliminate physiological artifacts in recordings.
