Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Dothan, Alabama is seeking an IONM technologist to provide intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring during surgical procedures. This role is critical in preventing neurologic injury during surgeries by interpreting neurological signals and maintaining communication with surgical teams. The ideal candidate will have certification in neurophysiological monitoring and at least one year of experience. The position offers a base pay ranging from $60k to $90k with additional bonuses and comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical, vision, and dental.

Qualifications

• Certification in one or more neurophysiological monitoring credentials required.
• Minimum one year experience in IONM preferred.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with medical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring during surgeries.
• Calibrate and set up neurophysiological monitoring equipment.
• Communicate neurophysiological changes to the surgical team.
