Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical discipline.
• Strong technical writing or documentation background is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, understandable instructions.
• Detail orientation and commitment to accuracy are essential.
• Safety awareness and collaborative mindset are required.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge Capture Phase: Shadow and interview operators; document procedures with photos and diagrams; record equipment specs and safety protocols; create process flowcharts.
• Material Development Phase: Write work instructions; develop training manuals with visuals; organize materials in an accessible format; incorporate feedback.
• Training & Hand-off Phase: Conduct training sessions; gather feedback; revise materials; document recommendations for future updates.
