Responsibilities

• Process and invoice all completed customer shipments daily using Business Central ERP.
• Review shipping docs, bills of lading, and sales orders for accuracy before invoicing.
• Create, maintain, and process various sales orders throughout the week.
• Compile, maintain, and distribute various reports as needed.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to shipments, orders, invoicing, and inventory records.
• Meet invoicing, reporting, and month-end deadlines with high accuracy.
• Participate in ongoing training and process improvements.

Description

Job Title: Invoicing Specialist

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our accounting team as an Invoicing Specialist . This position plays a key role in supporting Sustainable Beef’s financial operations through a variety of invoicing and customer account management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and invoice all completed customer shipments on a daily basis using Business Central ERP.
• Review shipping documentation, bills of lading, and sales orders to ensure accurate quantities, products, pricing, and customer information prior to invoicing .
• Create, maintain, and process various sales orders throughout the week to support customer and operational requirements.
• Compile, maintain, and distribute various reports as needed.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to shipments, orders, invoicing , and inventory records.
• Adhere strictly to invoicing , reporting, and month-end deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in billing, invoicing , or financial operations preferred (experience in a manufacturing or meat processing environment is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and ERP systems (Business Central experience highly preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across departments
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage time, and handle pressure.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to follow through on tasks to completion.
