Responsibilities

• Manually audit contractor invoices monthly within a three-week period
• Identify, record, and report incorrect contractor service charges in a monthly audit findings report
• Provide supporting information and justification of audit-penalty findings broken down by charges and invoice number, penalty type, member code, and region and state
• Document penalties for insufficient services
• Identify operational opportunities for contractors to improve services including timeliness, quality, and customer service
