Jabil in the United States is seeking an Invoice Auditor to review invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance with contracts. You will verify pricing, terms, and conditions, identify discrepancies, and work with procurement, accounts payable, and operations to resolve issues.

You will maintain audit records, prepare reports, and contribute to internal control improvements while ensuring timely, accurate payments across a global manufacturing network.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years experience in accounts payable, auditing, or similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing or global company setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing processes and general accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Audit invoices, POs, and supporting docs for accuracy.
• Verify pricing, terms, and conditions against contracts.
• Investigate discrepancies and potential fraud in invoices.
• Collaborate with procurement, AP, and operations to resolve issues.
• Maintain organized audit records.
• Prepare audit reports with improvement recommendations.
• Support internal controls development and updates.
• Participate in periodic audit procedure reviews.
