Mountainside High in Beaverton, Oregon seeks a Fall Marching Band Instructor (invitation only) to support the Mountainside Marching Ensemble Aug–Nov. This is a part-time stipend with duties in music/visual, percussion and color guard, indoors and outdoors.

Must have band-education qualifications and attend band camp, rehearsals, and competitions. Adheres to district code of conduct and band booster policies.

Qualifications

• Interview with the Director of Bands to verify music and teaching qualifications.
• Attend band camp, rehearsals, and competitions as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instruction of the Mountainside Marching Ensemble in music/visual, percussion and/or flag.
• Attend all band activities including weekday rehearsals and Saturday rehearsals/competitions.
