Job summary

The Inland Real Estate Group is seeking an Investor Services Onboarding Associate to support accurate, timely processing of real estate investment transactions and transfers of account ownership. You will review investor documentation, maintain data, and coordinate signatures, delivering an investor-first service experience.

Qualifications include an Associate degree or equivalent and 1–3 years in office or data-entry roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required if equivalent experience applies.
• 1–3 years of general office, customer service, data entry, or administrative support experience.
• Experience in real estate, investment, mortgage, financial services, or processing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality investor-focused support and resolve questions related to new investments and transfers of account ownership.
• Coordinate documentation and signatures for investments and transfers with investors, professionals, custodians, and intermediaries.
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance and identify missing or inconsistent information.
