Testing Site - JPMC in New York seeks a Roadshow Specialist to support US equity capital markets roadshows. You will target investor clients identified by Equity Capital Markets, invite and schedule meetings, and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams in a fast-paced setting.

Based in New York, you will collaborate with the Equity Capital Markets team and the Equity Roadshow Desk on both deal and non-deal marketing roadshows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of roadshow marketing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate investor client targeting and participation in equity marketing roadshows for US deals and pre-deals; work with deal teams and clients.
• Determine prioritization of investors and meeting allocations to maximize impact.
• Draft event announcement emails for sales teams and investor clients.
• Review and communicate daily schedules with clients and internal groups; ensure timely updates and contingency planning.
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders via phone and email; escalate issues with urgency and clarity.
• Identify risks or conflicts in schedules/logistics and apply sound judgment to resolve them.
• Leverage technology and best practices to improve workflow efficiency and client experience across engagements.
