What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Report loan level activity to GSE agencies daily
• Assist in preparation of monthly reconciliations for GSE portfolios
• Provide support for completing Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae, and FHLB reconciliations
• Complete the transfer of new GSE loan sales by clients to proper portfolios
• Provide backup support for other department functions as needed

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in the accounting field desired
• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience with GSE investor reporting required
• Previous experience using MSP (Black Knight) required
• Previous experience in the mortgage banking industry desired
• Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills
