Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) is seeking a Senior Planning Analyst - Investor Relations to lead the development and execution of investor relations programs in alignment with corporate objectives.

You will serve as a primary liaison to the investment community and prepare senior executives for engagements. In this role you will ensure regulatory compliance, monitor market developments, and manage investor communications and disclosures.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with 3 years.
• Master's in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, Economics, or related field preferred; 2 years in finance-related roles.
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, Economics, or related field; 3 years in finance-related roles.
• Experience with financial statements of publicly traded companies.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and AI required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, coordination, and execution of IR programs aligned with objectives.
• Ensure SEC/NYSE compliance and accurate external communications.
• Monitor industry and market developments to support senior management.
• Prepare executives for investor engagements with presentations and materials.
• Manage IR platforms and disclosures to enhance transparency.
