Job summary

Mercor is seeking an Investor Relations Expert on a contract basis. This remote role focuses on leading earnings cycles, drafting remarks, and developing investor materials for quarterly results. Ideal for candidates with in‑house IR experience at a public company.

You will manage analyst engagement, outline guidance scenarios, and assess activist vulnerability, working with the finance team. Must have 4+ years in IR; IRC/NIRI credentials are a plus. Compensation is $100 per hour, paid remotely.

Assessment

• An earnings release and prepared remarks from a mock results pack; a guidance revision recommendation; an activist vulnerability assessment.
