Job summary

OGH in Austin, TX is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to build strong relationships with the investor community and support the company’s communications strategy with timely financial updates.

You will work with Finance, Accounting, Legal and Corporate Communications to prepare earnings materials, coordinate events, and analyze market trends to ensure consistent messaging across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Communications or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, capital markets, and corporate finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with investors, shareholders, analysts and the financial community.
• Prepare investor presentations, communications, fact sheets, talking points and other IR materials.
• Coordinate earnings materials, presentations, scripts and FAQs with senior leadership.
• Monitor market conditions and investor sentiment to inform messaging and strategy.
• Support regulatory and governance communications in collaboration with Legal and Accounting.
