You will support the company’s investor relations strategy and execution, shaping the external financial narrative, communicating performance and vision to the investment community, and ensuring transparent messaging. The role requires equity research or buy-side experience, strong financial modeling skills, and a deep understanding of technology markets, especially AI. You will collaborate with Communications, Finance, and leadership teams to position the company effectively with analysts and investors, and help develop best IR practices. You will interact with senior leaders as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support quarterly earnings preparation by collecting business updates, developing earnings materials such as shareholder letters, scripts, presentations, and Q&A
  • Build internal relationships with teams across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and others
  • Collaborate with Finance, Communication, and Legal teams to craft messaging for earnings calls, investor presentations, roadshows, and other events
  • Develop understanding of business drivers and metrics; identify key themes for investor discussion
  • Build models and analyze data to understand relationships between AI hardware/software, business trends, and financial metrics
  • Conduct competitive and industry analysis, including buy/sell-side trends, to inform management
  • Help develop automation tools to streamline IR processes

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in equity research or buy-side, with understanding of enterprise software or hardware sectors
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical and financial concepts for investors
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively, including internationally
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, good time management
  • Flexible with time zones, self-starter, able to work in ambiguity
