Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking an Investor Relations professional in the U.S. to be the primary liaison with institutional investors, analysts, and the broader investment community.

The role involves preparing investor materials, coordinating meetings, and supporting disclosures with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and other units to ensure timely, transparent communications and robust investor targeting across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, or ICIR IR certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, asset management, or financial communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and U.S. investment community.
• Prepare investor presentations, fact sheets, earnings call scripts, Q&A materials, and other investor-facing communications.
• Organize investor meetings, roadshows, analyst briefings, earnings calls, and site visits for regional investors.
• Assist in preparing public disclosures, ensure Nasdaq rules compliance, and coordinate with Legal, Finance and business teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure IR practices stay compliant across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, and business units to gather data for reports and filings.
• Maintain shareholder database and respond to investor inquiries promptly and with transparency.
