Job summary

Forester Capital, L.L.C. seeks an Investor Relations Associate to support senior leadership with client service and marketing. This role acts as the IR point of contact, coordinates investor communications, responds to data requests, and prepares reporting and marketing materials in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the firm calendar and coordinate scheduling with senior members of the team.
• Take notes during meetings with current and prospective investors and coordinate follow up.
• Prepare materials for firm events, investor meetings, and internal and external calls.
• Improve IR repeatable processes, reporting workflows, and technology tools.
• Maintain CRM systems to track investor interactions, pipelines, and communication efforts.
• Coordinate regular investor and prospective investor communications, including monthly/quarterly reports, investor letters, performance updates, calls, and meetings.
• Maintain client request log, track and coordinate timely response.
• Prepare responses to investor inquiries regarding strategy, performance, risk, liquidity, and operations.
• Support marketing efforts across the firm.
• Manage and refine prospective client pipeline.
• Identify prospective leads and add to pipeline.
• Assist in the completion of RFIs, marketing pieces and DDQs for institutional investors, consultants and prospective clients.
